Menu Planning Monday!

I feel scattered in the ways of menu planning this week, even though I definitely made a menu and thorough grocery list when I went shopping last weekend!  Anyway, here it goes!

Sunday: Turkey feast at Mom and Dad's

Monday: Meatball subs and Caesar salad

Tuesday: Salsa chicken, cilantro lime rice, corn

Wednesday: Corned beef and potatoes, cabbage and noodles, Irish soda bread

Thursday: Chicken pot pie

Friday: Not sure; we will have the kids so maybe a fish fry

Saturday: Taco night!
