I feel as if we are in a "food rut" so this weekend when making my grocery list, I tried to pull a few recipes I have not tried before. So...here we go!
Monday: Spring Asparagus and Lemon Fettucini
Tuesday: Boca chik'n patties and fries (I will be out for dinner)
Wednesday: Taco Junk
Thursday: Yankee Pot Roast in the crock pot
Friday: Not sure yet...no kids, so it is up in the air.
Saturday: First Communion party, so dinner out!
To be honest, I am looking forward to this week's menu!
